How important is sleep?

It’s been on my mind lately how much sleep really matters, especially when you’re training consistently. A while back I was pushing hard in the gym, eating clean, tracking everything, even reading about different compounds and performance aids — I remember stumbling across discussions where people mentioned things like buy anavar 25mg — but at the same time I was sleeping maybe five hours a night. After a few weeks I felt completely drained, my lifts stalled, and I was way more irritable than usual. That’s when I started wondering: is sleep actually more important than all the “extra” stuff we focus on? For those who train seriously, how much do you prioritize sleep?
